Ginny

Ginny brought 2 vintage gowns that she wanted to have redesigned for her wedding. The first gown was her grandmothers gown from the 1950s. This gown was also worn by her mother. Ginny had lots of ideas of what she liked and was unsure if those ideas were even possible. We worked together for several months on a design that kept the integrity of the original design intact as well as incorporating Ginnys style. We both were so happy with the final product. Her second gown was one that her family found in an attic. It was a gown that no one wore that was from the 1940s. It was damaged as well. Again the family was not certain it could be salvaged and made useable. I came up with a wonderful idea of how to restore it, tailor it to fit Ginny and a design that they fell in love with. She wore this second gown at her rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Ginny and her family were so grateful to be able to have these gowns worn for her wedding. It meant so much to the 3 generations of brides.
