Here is a list of duties I will perform for your wedding weekend.

• Direct rehearsal with wedding party and family.

• Coordinate with vendors for arrival time, my contact info and day of contact.

• Coordinate with photographer for timeline and flow of day.

• Set up any personal details such as guest book, gift table, cake table, sparkler send off, and extra details for decor.

• Help bride with buttons on dress if applicable, for getting ready.

• Arrive at venue early to oversee set up, make sure everything is ready for ceremony and reception.

• Gather all wedding party and family for entrance at ceremony.

• Direct ceremony entrance.

• Set up private dinner for bride and groom with caterer if applicable.

• Bustle gown for entrance to reception.

• Coordinate with DJ/music for entrance of bride and groom, and dances.

• Direct cutting and serving of cake.

• Direct garter toss and bouquet toss.

• Direct last dance and final send off.

• Undo buttons on back of gown before bride leaves, so she can get out of dress.

• Help family clean up personal details from wedding decor.

  I will be there to make sure if any issues arrive it is me that handles it, and not the bride or family. My goal is for you and your groom to have a very easy day, without being bothered or stressed!
